The origin

Earlier

Following the path of the roots

The origin of the name “IBISCH” is the name of the company founder’s grandfather. Ibisch is a farmer and is characterized by qualities such as diligence, flexibility, a sense of responsibility, adaptability and discipline. These qualities can also be transferred to us.

The foundation

2017

Foundation phase Start as a family business

Hüseyin Delipalta founded IBISCH GmbH in Freiburg-Vauban in January 2017. From a humble start in his own four walls with his wife and brother, IBISCH became a major player in the facility management and cleaning services sector. The company management emphasized a cooperative and family-friendly approach in which staff were actively involved in finding solutions to any challenges that arose.

Stabilization phase

2018-2019

On the path of growth

During the stabilization phase, we established our business premises in Freiburg-March and achieved significant sustainability certification. These achievements marked decisive milestones on our continuous path to success in the industry and contributed to our development into a family business operating throughout Germany.
Our focus is on high-quality industrial and production services. Our target group comprises manufacturing companies throughout Europe.

The challenge

2020-2021

Impressive growth

Despite the pandemic, we have gone through an impressive growth phase. The acquisition of two large corporations, Mondelez and Nestlé, as new customers is particularly noteworthy.
The ISO and WHG certifications serve as a guarantee of quality and emphasize our striving for excellence. In the wake of this success, our team has continued to grow, a clear signal of the expansion of our business and the increasing demand for our services. We remain true to our principles of excellence, customer satisfaction and innovation in order to successfully shape the future development of IBISCH.

Restructuring phase

2022

New location and focus on large and heavy industry

In the past, we took a significant step and moved our location to Freiburg. This move has enabled us to further strengthen the administrative team. In addition, our in-house “feel-good manager”, also affectionately known as the office dog, has been enjoying his new workplace ever since. This move was accompanied by a strategic realignment, particularly with a clear focus on large and heavy industry. This change represented an important milestone in our development in order to better meet the specific requirements and needs of these industries.

2023

Performance expansion phase Successful course continues

Our innovative concepts have enabled us to acquire further major customers such as Burda and BASF. Our pioneering ideas met with a positive response. The renewed ISO recertification underlines the ongoing quality of our services, and we look back with pride on continuous growth. We value the trust our customers place in us and remain committed to exceeding their expectations.

Despite the current challenges, we see the crisis as an opportunity and are striving to find answers to future challenges today. Our focus is on optimizing our work processes through automation and digitalization. By expanding our services to Switzerland, launching a new website and cooperating with our strategic partner, we are providing clear impulses for the future. These measures underline our efforts to offer innovative solutions and meet the needs of our customers in the best possible way. In addition, further pioneering developments are already being planned while we continue to work on excellent performance.

For even more sustainable industrial progress

Looking to the future, we aim to become a relevant part of the industry in Germany by 2027. Our aim is to offer an all-round service for the industry that takes ecological and economic aspects into account. We set a high degree of economic efficiency, while at the same time observing ecological and social aspects, as a maxim for IBISCH GmbH.
Our vision for 2027 includes revolutionizing the industry, displacing established top dogs and global players and gaining market power. This underlines our ambition to position ourselves as a major player in the industry and to create sustainable added value for our customers.
