Selective deconstruction of buildings begins on the inside. Our planning documents an inventory of the building, and for this purpose we determine the overall condition, to a “dismantling plan”, on the basis of which the building is dismantled. This also includes removing insulation from external walls, in particular external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS).
To remove the core, harmful substances such as asbestos are removed, followed by the removal of built-in parts and building services.
